The terms diversity and inclusivity are often used interchangeably, but they don’t mean the same thing. You can be a highly diverse organization without being inclusive. Diversity is about differences in people, from age to gender and from sexuality to ethnic background. Inclusivity is about how you manage those differences and whether everyone truly feels at home somewhere.
